If you are at least 62 years young and enjoy independent living, consider making the Betsy Ross House your home. The Betsy Ross House is a 123-unit complex. These units are a mix of affordable and market rates. In order to qualify for an affordable rate unit, a resident must qualify according to the income limits as established by Maine State Housing Authority.
